Get the next reminder out of drafts
Invoice chase pack — 4 sections and 12 numbered steps, delivered as one file by email after payment clears.
What is going wrong today
The reminder sits in drafts because writing it means opening the spreadsheet again. By Friday the list is longer and the first note is still unsent.
How Invoice chase pack handles it
You get a local script that writes a chase board and a first, second, or final reminder from an overdue-invoice CSV. Client or name, amount or total, and days are enough. The board names the next send. Nothing is emailed from your machine.

- Picks first, second, or final from how late it is.
- Writes a chase board with the next send.
- python tool.py overdue.csv
The remaining steps are in that file, not on this page.

Before you buy
What exactly do I get?
A Python file named tool.py, a sample you can run once, and a short how-to. You run python tool.py overdue.csv on your machine. It never sends mail.
Who is this for?
Freelancers who keep overdue invoices in a spreadsheet and write reminders by hand. If you wanted a hosted nagging app, this is not that.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment on Stripe, one file emailed after payment clears, and it is yours to keep. There is no account to create and nothing to renew.
When do I get it?
Delivery is queued after payment (webhook, then email), so it can take a few minutes and is not instant. Check inbox and spam. A Stripe receipt usually arrives first; reply to it if the file is missing. There is no delivery SLA.
